Bed and breakfast residence means a structure built to be and occupied as a residence that is more than fifty years old, wherein rooms and breakfast (only) are made available to short-term transient paying guests, which rooms were constructed to be part of the residence and have been occupied as regular rooms of the residence prior to the passage of this element of this Ordinance.
