Beer Garden definition

Beer Garden is defined as an event at the Lot at which BV may sell alcoholic beverages and merchandise and must sell non-alcoholic beverages and food. In addition, the Beer Garden must be a family-oriented venue which may be achieved by providing music, performers, games, and activities for entertainment at the Beer Garden.
Beer Garden means a courtyard or patio that is immediately adjacent to a licensee’s retail sales facility. Any beer garden shall be fully screened from adjacent properties. If the property line of residentially zoned property, (A-R, R-1, R-2, R-3, or R-R), is located within 1,000 feet of a beer garden, hours of operation for the beer garden shall be limited to the following: Monday through Friday – 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday – 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Due to the fact that there is an additional fee for classes with beer gardens, it is recommended that this be taken into consideration when obtaining your initial license.   • In addition to the route map required above, please attach a diagram showing the overall lay-out and set-up locations for the following items: ⮚ Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic Concession and / or Beer Garden Areas.

  • The City grants BV the right and privilege to provide merchandise, food, and alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages at the Beer Garden or to contract with a provider or providers to do so at the City’s Lot.

  • Set up and take down of each Beer Garden will be no earlier than 24 hours before and no later than 24 hours after hours of operation.

  • BV shall be responsible for the site established as the Beer Garden on the dates and during the hours set forth in §4.

Beer Garden means an outdoor area included in licensed premises, which is used for die service and consumption of alcoholic liquors, and which is contained by a fence or wall preventing the uncontrolled entrance or exit of personsfrom the premises, and preventing the passing of alcoholic liquors to persons outside the premises, (examples may include, but are not restricted to sand volleyball, horseshoe pits...)
