Beginning Share Price definition
Beginning Share Price with respect to the Performance Period shall mean the 20 day trailing average closing stock price as of (but excluding) the first day of the Performance Period (subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 14 of the Plan).
Beginning Share Price means the average closing price of the Ordinary Shares or the shares of the Peer Group, as applicable, for the 30 trading days ending on the first trading date of the Performance Period.
Beginning Share Price means the per share of Stock price to the public as specified on the cover page of the Initial Public Offering final prospectus.

Beginning Share Price will be calculated by averaging the high and low share price of the Company’s Common Stock on the NYSE on January 4, 2016.
The Beginning Share Price will be the average closing sale price of a Share as adjusted for dividends, for all trading days during a 30-consecutive trading day period ending on December 30, 2022, the trading day immediately prior to January 1, 2023, the first day of the total Performance Period.

Beginning Share Price means the average closing price on the applicable stock exchange of the applicable company’s shares from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.

Beginning Share Price means the 20-day simple moving average for the Common Shares on December 31, 2014. Any determination as to whether or not and to what extent the Absolute TSR Performance Goal has been satisfied shall be made by the Committee in its sole and absolute discretion and shall be final, binding and conclusive on all persons, including, but not limited to, the Company and the Participant. The Participant shall not be entitled to any claim or recourse if any action or inaction by the Company, or any other circumstance or event, including any circumstance or event outside the control of the Participant, adversely affects the ability of the Participant to satisfy the Absolute TSR Performance Goal or in any way prevents the satisfaction of the Absolute TSR Performance Goal. Any portion of the two-tenths of the Awarded Units (and related dividend equivalents) subject to this Section 3(c) that exceeds the portion of the Awarded Units that becomes vested and nonforfeitable upon the written certification by the Committee shall be forfeited.
Beginning Share Price means the product of (x) the average closing price of the common stock of the applicable company during the ninety (90) consecutive trading days preceding the first day of the Performance Period, in each case, with such stock price rounded down to the nearest cent, and (y) the sum of (A) one share of common stock of the applicable company, plus (B) a cumulative number of shares of common stock purchased with the dividends declared on the common stock, assuming same day reinvestment of the dividend in shares of common stock at the closing price on the ex-dividend date, for the ex-dividend dates that occur during the ninety (90) consecutive trading days preceding the first day of the Performance Period, rounded down to the nearest thousandths.
