Benchmarking Data definition

Benchmarking Data means the actual energy and water usage input by the Borrower into the Benchmarking Tool. The Benchmarking Data must include all owner-paid utilities and at least 10% of tenant-paid utilities at the Mortgaged Property.
Benchmarking Data has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(i) hereof.
Benchmarking Data means the information provided through the EPA ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager or such other benchmarking tool, typically available online, designed to measure and analyze the energy and water usage of a multifamily property over a period of time and against the energy and water usage of comparable multifamily properties in size and by location as approved by Lender.

Benchmarking Data means the data and metadata related to benchmarking generated through the creation of benchmarking profiles or comparative tests or evaluations within the Fovus Solutions.

Related to Benchmarking Data

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Regulatory Information Service means any information service authorised from time to time by the FCA for the purpose of disseminating regulatory announcements;
