Benefit design definition

Benefit design means the health care benefits package provided through the Community Health Access Program. [PL 2001, c. 439, Pt. BBB, §1 (NEW); PL 2001, c. 439, Pt. BBB, §3 (AFF).]

More Definitions of Benefit design

Benefit design means the specifications applicable to the Plan, including but not limited to Covered Pharmaceuticals, Cost Share, and Formulary, set forth in this Agreement or otherwise documented between the Parties.

Related to Benefit design

  • Adverse Benefit Determination means any of the following:

  • Disability benefit recipient means a member who is receiving a disability benefit.

  • Medical Benefits Schedule means the Medicare Schedule of Benefits produced by the Department of Health to which all fees and benefits relate for inpatient hospital services.

  • Final Adverse Benefit Determination means an adverse benefit determination that is upheld at the completion of a health plan issuer’s internal appeals process.

  • Parent Benefit Plan means any Benefit Plan maintained, sponsored or administered by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries (excluding the General Partner, the Partnership or any of their respective Subsidiaries) for the benefit of their respective current or former employees, independent contractors and directors (and their respective beneficiaries), other than any statutory plan, program or arrangement that is required by applicable Laws, other than the Laws of the United States, and maintained by any Governmental Authority. For the avoidance of doubt, no Partnership Benefit Plan is a Parent Benefit Plan.
