Benefit Equalization Plan definition

Benefit Equalization Plan or "BEP" means the Ford Motor Company Benefit Equalization Plan, as it may be amended.
Benefit Equalization Plan means the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York Benefit Equalization Plan as adopted by the Bank as of June 18, 1987, to be effective as of January 1, 1988, as the same has heretofore been and may hereafter be amended.
