Retirement Plans definition

Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;
Retirement Plans means the benefit plans of the Company that are intended to be qualified under Section 401(a) of the Code and any supplemental executive retirement benefit plan or any other plan that is a successor thereto as such Retirement Plans were in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control and if the Executive was a participant in such Retirement Plan immediately prior to the Change in Control.
Retirement Plans means any qualified or supplemental defined benefit retirement plan or defined contribution retirement plan, currently or hereinafter made available by Corporation or Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.

Retirement Plans means those non-discretionary individual retirement accounts and qualified retirement plan accounts relating to the Deposits for which Seller acts as custodian or trustee.
Retirement Plans means the KeyCorp Cash Balance Pension Plan as from time to time amended, restated, or otherwise modified, and any plan that, after the date of this Agreement, succeeds, replaces, or is substituted for any such plan, and all retirement plans of any nature maintained by Key or any of its Subsidiaries in which the Executive was participating prior to the Termination Date.
