Benefit Period definition

Benefit Period means the period of time from the date of the Accident causing the Injury for which benefits are payable, as shown in the Schedule of Benefits, and the date after which no further benefits will be paid.
Benefit Period means a period of time shorter than the five-year contract term, for which specific terms and conditions in a contract between a coordinated care organization and the Oregon Health Authority are in effect.
Benefit Period means the Calendar Year during which coverage is provided for Covered Services, Covered Dental Services and Covered Vision Services.

Examples of Benefit Period in a sentence

  • Once effective, each service may be subject to a different Dental Waiting Period, Deductible, Coinsurance, Benefit Period Maximum and/or Lifetime Maximum as shown on the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Unless otherwise noted on the Schedule of Benefits, payments made under Orthodontics during a Benefit Period are included in the Benefit Period Maximum for Dental Care and Treatment.

  • After any applicable Dental Waiting Period and payment of any applicable Deductible Amount shown on the Schedule of Benefits, the Claims Administrator will pay the Coinsurance percentage for the Covered Services shown on the Schedule of Benefits, rendered by a Dentist, not to exceed the Allowable Charge, up to the Benefit Period Maximum, if any, as shown on the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Any and all lawsuits, other than those related to Claims, as stated above, must be brought within one (1) year of the end of the Benefit Period.


More Definitions of Benefit Period

Benefit Period means the period of time from the date of Injury, as shown in the Schedule of Benefits.
