Continuation Period definition

Continuation Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Parent shall, or shall cause its Affiliates (including, after the Closing, the Company and its Subsidiaries) to, provide severance pay to each Continuing Employee that is terminated during the Continuation Period that is no less than the severance pay that would be provided to similarly situated employees of Parent and its Affiliates.
