Berkshire Parties means Berkshire Fund III, A Limited ----------------- Partnership, Berkshire Investors LLC and Berkshire Fund IV, Limited Partnership.
Berkshire Parties means Berkshire Fund IV, LP, Berkshire Investors LLC and Berkshire Partners LLC;
Berkshire Parties means Berkshire Hathaway and General Reinsurance.

Berkshire Parties is Berkshire, and any affiliates of Berkshire, as defined herein. For purposes of this Agreement, “AFFILIATES” means any other person or entity that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with, Berkshire.
