Best Effort Service definition

Best Effort Service means a network service which does not provide any uptime and/or service level guarantees;
Best Effort Service means a service on a shared network in which the network does not provide any guarantee that data is delivered or that delivery meets any quality of service, meaning that the services obtain unspecified variable bit rate, latency and packet loss, depending on the current traffic load.
