Best Value Performance Plan definition

Best Value Performance Plan means the best value performance plan which the Council is required to prepare in compliance with its duty to ensure best value in the effectiveness as defined in section 6 of the Local Government Act 1999;
Best Value Performance Plan means any plan which the Authority prepares in connection with its duty to ensure best value in the way in which its functions are exercised having regard to economy, efficiency and effectiveness as defined in section 6 of the 1999 Act;
Best Value Performance Plan means the performance plan required to be prepared by the Authority in accordance with Clause 6 of the 1999 Act.
