Beta Feature definition

Beta Feature means those features of the Services that are identified by Google as (a) beta or (b) unsupported in Google’s then-current Documentation.
Beta Feature means any Service feature that is identified, including via the applicable Service user interface or via other communications to Customer, as “Beta”, “Alpha”, “Experimental”, “Limited Release” or “Pre-Release” or that is otherwise identified as unsupported.

  • Additionally, if such reversion is possible, you may not be able to return or restore data created within the Beta Feature back to the prior non-beta version.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, Provider hereby grants, and Customer hereby accepts, a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable, limited, right to permit Authorized Users to access and use the Beta Features solely for the Beta Feature Purpose (as defined in the applicable Subscription Services Supplemental Terms and Conditions set forth below), in accordance with any Documentation in the Territory during the Beta Feature Period (as defined below).

  • Any Customer Data entered, used, or generated with a Beta Feature may be permanently lost without notice during the Beta Feature Period.

  • You understand that once you use a Beta Feature you may be unable to revert back to a prior non- beta version of the same or similar feature.

Beta Feature means a new, experimental or temporary Service feature or functionality.

Related to Beta Feature

  • Water feature means a design element where open water performs an aesthetic or recreational function. Water features include ponds, lakes, waterfalls, fountains, artificial streams, spas, and swimming pools (where water is artificially supplied). The surface area of water features is included in the high water use hydrozone of the landscape area. Constructed wetlands used for on-site wastewater treatment, habitat protection, or storm water best management practices that are not irrigated and used solely for water treatment or storm water retention are not water features and, therefore, are not subject to the water budget calculation.

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.
