Beta Phase definition

Beta Phase means the beta phase of this Contract as set out at Digital Manual Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan means plans which sets out the processes and arrangements to ensure continuity and restoration of the Services in the event of a Disaster as further set out at Clause 16; Calendar Day means any day of the year; Calibration Deliverable the Deliverable(s) to be agreed by the Parties during the Calibration Stage; Calibration Stage has the meaning set out in the Digital Manual;

Beta Phase. The Beta Phase of the Data Futures pilot as detailed in the Pilot Operational Documentation. The Beta Pilot will take place in phases from January 2019, including a full test of the HESA Data Platform i.e. submission of student data over an entire academic year using three reference points. "Data Futures Pilot" (iii) change to data specifications, collection methods and processes, and quality assurance processes.

Examples of Beta Phase in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Phase trial period will expire on the agreed termination date, on the date that a version of the Beta Products becomes generally available or is discontinued (whichever happens first).

  • If accepted by Subscriber, Beta Phase: (a) is only for evaluation purposes; (b) may not be relied on by Subscriber for Production use; (c) may not be supported; and (d) may be subject to additional terms.

More Definitions of Beta Phase

Beta Phase. UPA will support a water meter and Sensus SmartPoint POC with installation services over 30 calendar days. UPA will provide four installations technicians who will provide installation labor and who will be outfitted with a uniform vehicle fleet, tools, uniforms and UPA’s Work Order Management System (WOMS). If the scope of the Beta Phase requires more than 30-calendar days to complete with 4 technicians (one of which is the Field Project Manager); UPA will continue to provide installation labor at the daily rate until the work is completed. Full Deployment Phase: UPA will support the Full Deployment Phase described in the Schedule of Values over an eighteen (18) month period beginning in Q1 2017. Included in the scope of work are: installation labor (6-8 installers), contract management, field project management, inventory management, data management, call center services, travel expenses, a uniform vehicle fleet, tools, uniforms and use of UPA’s Work Order Management System (WOMS). The scope of work will be performed in accordance with the provisions, requirements and assumptions listed in Section 6.

Related to Beta Phase

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Phase 3 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 2 implementation date and ending on the Phase 3 implementation date (as defined below).

  • Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Phase III means Phase I (or Phase I/II), Phase II (or Phase II/III) and Phase III clinical trials, respectively, in each case as prescribed by applicable FDA IND Regulations, or any corresponding foreign statutes, rules or regulations.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Stage 1 means the area at Port Xxxxxxx which is the subject of this Agreement and of the ERMP and which is shown bordered in purple as “stage 1” on Department of Land Administration 4 Miscellaneous Plan No. 1743;

  • Phase or “Phases” in respect of the Project shall mean that the components of the Project are placed in service during more than one year during the Investment Period, and the word “Phase” shall therefore refer to the applicable portion of the Project placed in service in a given year during the Investment Period.

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.

  • Commercial Operation means the condition of operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity. Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
