Beta Phase definition

Beta Phase means the beta phase of this Contract as set out at Digital Manual Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan means plans which sets out the processes and arrangements to ensure continuity and restoration of the Services in the event of a Disaster as further set out at Clause 16; Calendar Day means any day of the year; Calibration Deliverable the Deliverable(s) to be agreed by the Parties during the Calibration Stage; Calibration Stage has the meaning set out in the Digital Manual;
Beta Phase means the beta phase of this Contract as set out at Digital Manual Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan means plans which sets out the processes and arrangements to ensure continuity and restoration of the Services in the event of a Disaster as further set out at Clause 16; Calendar Day means any day of the year; Calibration Deliverable the Deliverable(s) to be agreed by the Parties during the Calibration Stage; Calibration Stage has the meaning set out in the Digital Manual; Call-Off Terms means these terms and conditions entered into by the Parties (excluding the Order Form) in respect of the provision of the Digital Services together with the Schedules and SOWs hereto; Calibration Stage Completion Date means the date set out in the SOW as such; Capped Time and Materials means the capped time and materials pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in the SOW; Change Control Procedure has the meaning set out at Clause 28.1; Change in Law means any Change in Law which impacts on the supply of the Services and performance of the Call-Off Terms which comes into force after the Commencement Date; Commencement Date means the date of commencement of this Contract as set out in the Order Form; Commercially Sensitive Information means the Confidential information listed in the Order Form (if any) comprising of a commercially sensitive information relating to the Supplier, its IPR or its business or which the Supplier has indicated to the Customer that, if disclosed by the Customer, would cause the Supplier significant commercial disadvantage or material financial loss; Comparable Supply means the supply of Services to another customer of the Supplier that are the same or similar to the Services; Completion Date means the date of completion of an SOW as set out at paragraph 1 of SOW; Contract means this Call-Off agreement between the Customer and Supplier (entered into pursuant to the provisions of the Framework Agreement) consisting of the Order Form, SOW(s) and the Call-Off Terms;
Beta Phase. The Beta Phase of the Data Futures Pilot as detailed in the Pilot Operational Documentation. The Beta Pilot will take place in November 2018 and be a full test of the HESA Data Platform i.e. submission of student data over an entire academic year using three reference points.

Beta Phase. UPA will support a water meter and Sensus SmartPoint POC with installation services over 30 calendar days. UPA will provide four installations technicians who will provide installation labor and who will be outfitted with a uniform vehicle fleet, tools, uniforms and UPA’s Work Order Management System (WOMS). Full Deployment Phase: UPA will support the Full Deployment Phase described in the Schedule of Values over an eighteen (18) month period beginning in Q1 2017. Included in the scope of work are: installation labor (6-8 installers), contract management, field project management, inventory management, data management, call center services, travel expenses, a uniform vehicle fleet, tools, uniforms and use of UPA’s Work Order Management System (WOMS).

Related to Beta Phase

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Phase or “Phases” in respect of the Project shall mean that the components of the Project are placed in service during more than one year during the Investment Period, and the word “Phase” shall therefore refer to the applicable portion of the Project placed in service in a given year during the Investment Period.

  • Commercial Operation means the condition of operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity. Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.
