Beverage Alcohol definition

Beverage Alcohol. - means beer, wine and distilled spirits.
Beverage Alcohol shall be defined as any beverage of an alcoholic nature and composition which is available for purchase by the public at a NSLC Liquor store, and as is more particularly defined in the Liquor Control Act;
Beverage Alcohol means beverage alcohol as defined in The Alcohol and Gaming Regulation Act, 1997;
