Beverage Products definition

Beverage Products means spirits, beer, wine, wine cooler products, champagne, soft-drinks, and other alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, and related products for the promotion, use or consumption thereof.
Beverage Products means any and all Cannabis products manufactured for sale to the Beverage Market in the form of (a) a liquid drinkable by humans that is produced and marketed or advertised as a beverage, or (b) a powder, tablet, syrup, concentrate or other substance, which when combined with water or any other liquid, produces a beverage and such powder, tablet, syrup, concentrate or other substance is produced and marketed or advertised for the purpose of being combined with water or any other liquid to produce a beverage.
Beverage Products means Post-mix Products and Packaged Products distributed by Vendor.

  • This Agreement covers the supply by CCR to Bottler of the Finished Products and Permitted Beverage Products produced by or on behalf of CCR in bottles, cans or other factory sealed containers (“Products”) for the Territory.

  • If Bottler determines that it can purchase Permitted Beverage Products from another source at better price (including freight), quality and service level terms (taken as a whole) as contemplated under clause (i) of this Subsection 4(b), Bottler will notify CCR in writing within thirty (30) days following receipt of notice from CCR of the annual Transfer Price for the applicable SKUs as described in Exhibit B.

  • Bottler’s (and any of its subsidiaries’) aggregate business directly and primarily related to the manufacture of Authorized Covered Beverages (as defined in the Regional Manufacturing Agreement), Permitted Beverage Products and any other Beverages (including Incubation Beverages), Beverage Components or beverage products distinguished by Trademarks owned by or licensed to Company authorized under any separate written agreement with Company or any of Company’s Affiliates.

  • Bottler’s (and any of its subsidiaries’) aggregate business directly and primarily related to the marketing, promotion, distribution, and sale of Permitted Beverage Products.

  • Contractor shall not serve any Alcoholic Beverage Product(s) on the ground without United’s consent.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, Contractor will not board or unload any Alcoholic Beverage Products in Virginia but in the event it is agreed that Contractor will board or unload any Alcoholic Beverage Products in Virginia, the parties shall comply with the procedures for Virginia below.
