BFC2 MOI means the Memorandum of Incorporation of BFC2 from time to time;
CMBI means Chase Manhattan Bank International, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank, located in Moscow, Russia, and any nominee companies appointed by it.
QFII means a qualified foreign institutional investor approved pursuant to the relevant PRC regulations (as amended from time to time).
SAP Parent means SAP SE, a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE) established under the laws of Germany and the European Union, registered with the commercial register of the local court of Mannheim, Germany, under HRB 719915, with registered office in Walldorf, Germany, and business address at Dietmar-Hopp-Allee 16, 69190 Walldorf, Germany.
CySEC means the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, which is the Company’s supervisory authority.
CCG means a clinical commissioning group;
RQFII means a Renminbi qualified foreign institutional investor approved pursuant to the relevant PRC regulations (as amended from time to time).
DSI means Desjardins Securities Inc.
MUSL means the Multi-State Lottery Association, a government-benefit association wholly owned and operated by the Party Lotteries.
CEC means the California Energy Commission or its successor agency.
Merger Sub II has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
CCH Charter Communications Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with its successors.
Acquisition Subsidiary shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble hereto.
DPWH means the Department of Public Works and Highways of the Government of the Philippines.
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
GACC means German American Capital Corporation and its successors in interest.
MNRE means Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India;
mixed financial holding company means a mixed financial holding company as defined in point (21) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;

MergerCo shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.
SBI means State Bank of India (Client) having its Corporate Centre at Madame Cama Road, Nariman Point, Mumbai- 400 021 and its representative Local Head Offices/Administrative Offices/Regional Business Offices/Branches at various places across India and includes the client’s representatives, successors and assigns.
Acquisition Sub shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
UHAC means the Uniform Housing Affordability Controls set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.1 et seq.
SoftBank means SoftBank Group Corp., a Japanese kabushiki kaisha.
