BFC2 MOI means the Memorandum of Incorporation of BFC2 from time to time;
CMBI means Chase Manhattan Bank International, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank, located in Moscow, Russia, and any nominee companies appointed by it.
SAP Parent means SAP SE, a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE) established under the laws of Germany and the European Union, registered with the commercial register of the local court of Mannheim, Germany, under HRB 719915, with registered office in Walldorf, Germany, and business address at Dietmar-Hopp-Allee 16, 69190 Walldorf, Germany.
CySEC means the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, which is the Company’s supervisory authority.
CCG means a clinical commissioning group;
DSI means Desjardins Securities Inc.
MUSL means the Multi-State Lottery Association, a government-benefit association wholly owned and operated by the Party Lotteries.
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.
CEC means the California Energy Commission or its successor agency.
Merger Sub II has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
CCH Charter Communications Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with its successors.
Acquisition Subsidiary shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble hereto.
DPWH means the Department of Public Works and Highways of the Government of the Philippines.
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
GACC means German American Capital Corporation and its successors in interest.
MNRE means Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India;
mixed financial holding company means a mixed financial holding company as defined in point (21) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;
GoPb means Government of the Punjab
Beacon means a highway traffic signal with one or more signal sections that operate in a flashing mode. (ORC 4511.01(KKK))
EPFO means Employees' Provident Fund Organization
GLJ means GLJ Petroleum Consultants Ltd.;
MergerCo shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.
Acquisition Sub shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
UHAC means the Uniform Housing Affordability Controls set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.1 et seq.
SoftBank means Softbank Group Corp.
Company Subsidiary Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(d).
ICF means the Informed Consent Form as approved by the Ethics Committee, in which the Clinical Trial Subject consents to his participation in the Clinical Trial;
