Bid Loan Offer definition

Bid Loan Offer each offer by a Bid Loan Bank to make Bid Loans pursuant to a Bid Loan Request, which Bid Loan Offer shall contain the information specified in Exhibit C and shall be delivered to the Administrative Agent by facsimile transmission or by telephone, immediately confirmed by facsimile transmission.
Bid Loan Offer each offer by a Bank to make Bid Loans pursuant to a Bid Loan Request, which Bid Loan Offer shall contain the information specified in Exhibit D.
Bid Loan Offer means an offer in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit N.

Bid Loan Offer means a Bid Loan offer in the form of Exhibit D-2 duly completed and delivered by a Bank in accordance with Section 2.01(A).

Related to Bid Loan Offer

  • Competitive Bid Loan means a Eurodollar Bid Rate Loan or an Absolute Rate Loan, or both, as the case may be.

  • Bid Loan Lender means, in respect of any Bid Loan, the Lender making such Bid Loan to the Borrower.

  • Bid Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).

  • Competitive Bid Note means a promissory note of any Borrower payable to the order of any Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, evidencing the indebtedness of such Borrower to such Lender resulting from a Competitive Bid Advance made by such Lender to such Borrower.

  • Competitive Bid Advance means an advance by a Lender to the Borrower as part of a Competitive Bid Borrowing resulting from the auction bidding procedure described in Section 2.03 and refers to a Fixed Rate Advance, a LIBO Rate Advance or a Local Rate Advance, as the context may require.
