Bid Loan Request Confirmation. Bid Note", and "Confirmation of Bid", and any related references without using such defined terms to the Bid Loans or the facility for obtaining Bid Loans shall, to the extent not deleted by the amendments to the Credit Agreement set forth in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 of this Amendment, be deemed by the parties hereto to have been deleted and shall no longer be of any force or effect, and the Bid Note shall no longer be of any force or effect.

Examples of Bid Loan Request Confirmation in a sentence

  • Each such request shall be followed on the same day by a duly completed Bid Loan Request Confirmation, delivered by telecopier or other means of facsimile communication, substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto or otherwise containing the information required by this Section, to be received by the Administrative Agent no later than 1:30 p.m. (Chicago time).

  • Loan Request means a Loan request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

  • Incremental Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

  • Notice of Loan means a Notice of Loan in the form of the attached Exhibit C.

  • Utilisation Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Utilisation Request).

  • Request for Borrowing has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(a).

  • Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit G, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, on behalf of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

  • Competitive Bid Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of any Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, evidencing the indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from a Competitive Bid Advance made by such Lender.

  • Notice of Drawdown means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Notice of Drawdown).

  • Notice of Committed Borrowing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.

  • Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.

  • Competitive Bid Loan means a Competitive Bid LIBOR Loan or a Competitive Bid Absolute Rate Loan.

  • Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Competitive Bid Quote Request means the notice, in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto, to be delivered by the Company in accordance with Section 2.03 in requesting Competitive Bid Quotes.

  • Competitive Bid Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Competitive Bid Advances from each of the Lenders whose offer to make one or more Competitive Bid Advances as part of such borrowing has been accepted under the competitive bidding procedure described in Section 2.03.

  • Competitive Bid Advance means an advance by a Lender to the Borrower as part of a Competitive Bid Borrowing resulting from the competitive bidding procedure described in Section 2.03 and refers to a Fixed Rate Advance or a LIBO Rate Advance.

  • Competitive Bid Accept/Reject Letter means a notification made by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.03(d) in the form of Exhibit A-4.

  • Swing Line Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.4.2.
