Bid Note(s) definition

Bid Note(s) means each promissory note of Borrower payable to the order of a Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit G-3 hereto, and any amendments, supplements, modifications, renewals, replacements, consolidations or extensions thereof, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of Borrower to a Lender resulting from Bid Loans made by such Lender pursuant to this Agreement.
Bid Note(s) shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.2(f) hereof.
Bid Note(s) and "Bid Note" respectively mean (a) the promissory notes of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1, duly completed, evidencing Bid Rate Loans to the Borrower by a Bank, and (b) a single such promissory note.

More Definitions of Bid Note(s)

Bid Note(s) means collectively and Bid Note shall mean separately all of the promissory notes or any promissory note of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit 1.1
Bid Note(s) means the promissory notes of the Company and the Permitted Borrowers evidencing Bid Loans, in substantially the form annexed hereto as Exhibit "C" hereto made: (i) in the case of Company's Bid Notes, to each Bank in an amount equal to each Bank's respective Percentage of the Revolving Credit Commitment in effect on the Closing Date, and (ii) in the case of any Permitted Borrower's Bid Notes, to each Bank in an amount equal to the lesser of: (x) the Percentage of Revolving Credit applicable to such Bank, or (y) the Permitted Borrower Maximum for the Revolving Credit Commitment applicable to such Permitted Borrower.
