Bid Rate Borrowing definition

Bid Rate Borrowing has the meaning given that term in Section 2.2.(b).

Bid Rate Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Bid Rate Loans made to the Company from each of the Banks whose offer to make a Bid Rate Loan as part of such borrowing has been accepted by the Company under the applicable auction bidding procedure described in Section 5.03.

Unless specifically referenced in this Agreement as a Business Day, all references to “days” shall be to calendar days.

Unless specifically referenced in this Agreement as a Business Day, all references to “days” shall be to calendar days. “Capital Reserves” means, for any period and with respect to any Property, an amount equal to (a)(i) for any commercial Property which is not an multifamily Property (A) the aggregate square footage of all completed space of such Property times (B) $0.15 and (ii) for any multifamily Property (A) the number of multifamily units located on such Property times (B) $250, times (b) the number of days in such period divided by (c) 365.
