Bidding Organisation definition

Bidding Organisation means Organisation / Firm / Company etc. with whom the order for execution of this assignment is placed and shall be deemed to include the supplier’s successors, (approved by BEML Ltd.,) representatives, heirs, executors and administrators. The supplier may also be referred to as the supplier or vendor.
