The Bidding Procedures Hearing shall specify the notice to be given to creditors and other parties in interest in respect of the sale of the Acquired Assets and otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to Purchaser in its reasonable discretion.
Promptly after obtaining such hearing date, Sellers shall give notice of the Sales Process and Approval Motion and the Bidding Procedures Hearing as and when required by applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Laws and orders of the Bankruptcy Court.
