Bidding Requirements definition

Bidding Requirements means the advertisement or invitation for bid, Addenda, Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, the Bid Form with any supplements or attachments, Bid security of acceptable form, and the General Conditions.
Bidding Requirements means the advertisement or invitation to bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Bond or other Bid security, if any, the Bid Form, and the Bid with any attachments.
Bidding Requirements means the provisions of the Bidding Documents and all Applicable Laws that govern the formation of the Contract.
