Bill Sender or "Bill Shipper" means Charges will be billed to the Sender.

Bill Sender means the specified charges will be billed to the sender. The sender’s FedEx account number must appear in the appropriate section of the Air Waybill, and the account must be current. For duty-and-tax charges, “Bill Sender” means the sender will be invoiced for applicable duties and taxes and additional ancillary clearance fees incurred.
