Billing and Payment Terms means the terms and conditions by or subject to which the Fees and Charges become due and payable or governing matters related to Bills, as determined by the Service Provider from time to time, including the Billing Terms and Conditions available on SingTel’s website;

  • In the event ofany conflict between your obligations established by these terms and conditionsand those established by CCC's Billing and Payment Terms and Conditions, theseterms and conditions shall control.

  • Payment must be made inaccordance with CCC's Billing and Payment Terms and conditions.

  • Payment of any amount due to the Contractor under this Contract shall be contingent on the Contractor submitting invoices with supporting documentation in accordance with Appendix C, Budget, and Appendix D, Billing and Payment Terms, of this Contract.

  • These terms and conditions, together with CCC's Billing and Payment Terms and Conditions (which to the extent they are consistent areincorporated herein), comprise the entire agreement between you and BMJ Group (and CCC) and the Licensee concerning this licensing transaction.

  • The Contractor shall certify that payment requests do not duplicate reimbursement of costs and services received from other sources.The OPWDD shall pay the Contractor in consideration of the services to be provided under this Contract in accordance with the provisions in Appendix C, Budget, and Appendix D, Billing and Payment Terms, attached hereto, for the periods of time indicated therein.

  • Invoicing and Payment Policy means the invoicing and payment policy. A copy of our current Invoicing and Payment Policy is attached as Exhibit B.

  • Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Client Terminal means the MetaTrader program version 4 and/or 5, which is used by the Client in order to obtain information of financial markets (which content is defined by the Company) in real-time, to make technical analysis of the markets, make Transactions, place/modify/delete Orders, as well as to receive notices from the Company. The program can be downloaded on the Website free of charge.

  • Educational setting means the building(s) and grounds of the School District; the vehicles provided by the School District for the transportation of students to and from school buildings, field trips, co-curricular and extracurricular activities both on and off School District grounds; all co- curricular and extracurricular activity sites; and any other location where direct contact between an employee or volunteer and a child has allegedly occurred.

  • Redemption and Paying Agent Agreement means, with respect to any Series, the Redemption and Paying Agent Agreement or other similarly titled agreement by and among the Redemption and Paying Agent for such Series and the Fund with respect to such Series.

  • Escrow and Paying Agent Agreement means, with respect to either Class of Certificates, the Escrow and Paying Agent Agreement pertaining to such Class dated as of the date hereof between the Escrow Agent, the Underwriters, the Trustee for such Class and the Paying Agent, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Issuing and Paying Agent means the party designated as such on the cover page of this Agreement, as issuing and paying agent under the Issuing and Paying Agency Agreement, or any successor thereto in accordance with the Issuing and Paying Agency Agreement.

  • Template Call Off Terms means the template terms and conditions in Annex 2 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Redemption and Paying Agent means, with respect to any Series, State Street Bank and Trust Company and its successors or any other redemption and paying agent appointed by the Fund with respect to such Series.

  • Bond Payment Date means any date on which principal of or interest on any Bond is payable.

  • Governance Term Sheet means the Governance Term Sheet attached as Exhibit F to the Restructuring Support Agreement.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City or the Agency.

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;
