Billing and Settlement Procedures definition

Billing and Settlement Procedures means the general billing and settlement procedures in respect of Charges as well as the procedures for the settlement of disputes as specified in Schedule 16;
Billing and Settlement Procedures means the Billing and Settlement Procedures agreed between the Parties and set out in Schedule 3.
Billing and Settlement Procedures shall have the meaning set out in Clause 1.1 of Annex E;

Examples of Billing and Settlement Procedures in a sentence

  • Billing and Settlement Procedures means the billing and settlement procedures set out in Attachment 1 to these Interconnection Service Terms and Conditions.

  • The FNO must pay CSL for Calls conveyed using CSL’s originating or terminating services in accordance with the applicable Charges and the Billing and Settlement Procedures.

  • Billing and Settlement Procedures means the general billing and settlement procedures in respect of Charges as well as the procedures for the settlement of disputes as specified in Schedule 4.

  • Billing Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures set out in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Billing and Settlement Procedures as specified in Annex C.

Related to Billing and Settlement Procedures

  • Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Trading and Settlement Code means the Trading and Settlement Codedeveloped pursuant to Section 9(1)(d) of the Act as from time to time, revised, amended, supplemented or replaced with the approval or at the instance of the Commission;

  • settlement system means any infrastructure whether or not connected to the auction platform that can provide settlement services, which may include clearing, netting, management of collateral, or any other services, which ultimately enable the delivery of allowances on behalf of an auctioneer to a successful bidder or its successor in title, and the payment of the sum due by a successful bidder or its successor in title to an auctioneer, carried out through either of the following:

  • securities settlement system means a securities settlement system (as defined in the CSD Regulation) operated by a central securities depository;

  • customs procedures means the treatment applied by the customs administration of each Party to goods which are subject to customs control.

  • ASTC Settlement Rules means the operating rules of ASTC and, to the extent that they are applicable, the operating rules of ASX and the operating rules of the Australian Clearing House Pty Limited;

  • Enforcement Procedures means the procedures for the enforcement of Mortgages from time to time in accordance with the relevant Seller’s Policy;

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

  • ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and Settlement (including Customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • Large Facility Interconnection Procedures or “LFIP”) shall mean the interconnection procedures applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility that are included in Attachment X of the ISO OATT. Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (“LGIA”) shall mean this Agreement, which is the form of interconnection agreement applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility, that is included in Appendix 4 to Attachment X of the ISO OATT. System Deliverability Upgrades shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications or additions to Byways and Highways and Other Interfaces on the existing New York State Transmission System and Distribution System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at the requested level of Capacity Resource Interconnection Service. System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, required to (1) protect the New York State Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Large Generating Facility and (2) protect the Large Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the New York State Transmission System or on other delivery systems or other generating systems to which the New York State Transmission System is directly connected. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • Bidding Procedures means the procedures governing the Auction and sale of all or substantially all of the Debtors’ assets, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with their terms.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Dissent Procedures has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;

  • Reconciliation Procedures has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.

  • Auction Procedures means the Auction Procedures that are set forth in Paragraph 10 of the Articles Supplementary.

  • Valuation manual means the manual of valuation instructions adopted by the NAIC as specified in this section or as subsequently amended.
