End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.
Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.
Billing involves the provision of appropriate usage data by one Telecommunications Carrier to another to facilitate Customer Billing with attendant acknowledgments and status reports. It also involves the exchange of information between Telecommunications Carriers to process claims and adjustments.
Billing agent means a telephone utility that includes in a bill it sends to a customer a charge for a product or service offered by a service provider.[PL 1999, c. 59, §1 (NEW); PL 1999, c. 59, §3 (AFF).]
Customer Group means the Customer and where the Customer is a company, its holding company (if any) and their respective subsidiaries from time to time;
Billing Party means the Party rendering a bill.
Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.
Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form acceptable to the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.
MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
