Billing Cycle Period definition

Billing Cycle Period means in relation to a Supply Point, a Month if the Billing Cycle for it is ‘monthly’ or a Quarter if it is ‘quarterly’;
Billing Cycle Period means (i) the period beginning on the Commissioning Date and ending on the last day of the calendar year in which the Commissioning Date occurs; and (ii) each twelve (12) months’ period thereafter during the term of this Contract, or such other period as may be approved by the Government of Malaysia from time to time.

Examples of Billing Cycle Period in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any remaining credit amount which may be subsisting at the end of each Billing Cycle Period or upon the termination of this Contract, as the case may be, shall be adjusted to zero without any compensation to the Consumer.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if this Contract is terminated prior to the end of a Billing Cycle Period, any credit amount as described in Clause 21(c) above which may be subsisting shall be adjusted to zero without any compensation to the Consumer.

  • Pursuant thereto, the reduction or suspension of myGreen+ Tariff, as applicable, shall be reflected on the Consumer’s billing for the current Billing Cycle Period and each subsequent Billing Cycle Period.

Related to Billing Cycle Period

  • Billing Cycle for any Mortgage Loan and Collection Period means the billing period specified in the related Credit Line Agreement and with respect to which amounts billed are received during the Collection Period.

  • Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Planning Period Quarter means any of the following three month periods in the Planning Period: June, July and August; September, October and November; December, January and February; or March, April and May.

  • Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Calendar Quarter means the respective periods of three (3) consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.
