Billing [Provider] provider definition

Billing [Provider] provider means [DMR] the Department of Developmental Services or another state agency responsible for coordinating and delivering early intervention services to Birth to Three eligible children. Billing providers may also be responsible for service coordination and may be a performing provider.

  • Hosting Provider means any Permitted Subcontractor that is providing any or all of the Hosted Services under this Contract.

  • Local Service Provider (LSP) means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.

  • System Provider means and includes a person who operates an authorised payment system as defined in Section 2 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007;

  • Provider agreement means the signed, written, contractual agreement between the department and the provider of services or goods.

  • Provider panel means those providers with which a carrier contracts to provide health care services
