Binder Group definition

Binder Group means copper pairs bundled together in a cable, generally in groups of 25, 50 or 100.

For any reason at any time, upon written or oral request of the Holder, the Company shall, within one (1) Trading Day of such request, confirm orally and in writing to the Holder the number of Equity Interests of any class then outstanding. Anything herein to the contrary, any increase in the Beneficial Ownership Limitation will not be effective until the 61st day after such notice is delivered to the Company. The provisions of this Section 10 shall be construed, corrected and implemented in a manner so as to effectuate the intended beneficial ownership limitation herein contained.

  • Member means a member of the Board;

  • Obligated Person means any person, including the Issuer, who is either generally or through an enterprise, fund, or account of such person committed by contract or other arrangement to support payment of all, or part of the obligations on the Bonds (other than providers of municipal bond insurance, letters of credit, or other liquidity facilities), as shown on Exhibit A.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • Group Member Agreement means the partnership agreement of any Group Member, other than the Partnership, that is a limited or general partnership, the limited liability company agreement of any Group Member that is a limited liability company, the certificate of incorporation and bylaws or similar organizational documents of any Group Member that is a corporation, the joint venture agreement or similar governing document of any Group Member that is a joint venture and the governing or organizational or similar documents of any other Group Member that is a Person other than a limited or general partnership, limited liability company, corporation or joint venture, as such may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Borrower Party means any one of them.

  • Minority group member means a United States citizen or permanent resident alien who is and can demonstrate membership in one of the following groups:

  • U.S. Loan Parties means, collectively, the Parent Borrower and the U.S. Subsidiary Guarantors.

  • Related Group For Loan Group 1, Group 1 and for Loan Group 2, Group 2.

  • Loan Party means any one of them.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • Buyer Group Member means (a) Buyer and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Buyer and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.

  • Credit Parties means the Borrower and the Guarantors.

  • Credit Party means the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank, the Swingline Lender or any other Lender.
