The Customer shall not carry out any remedial work or installation to alleged defective Goods without first obtaining the written consent of the Binder Group to do so.
Should the Binder Group agree to postpone delivery, the Goods in question shall be stored at the Customer’s risk and the Binder Group reserves the right to impose a weekly storage charge.
If the GST Amount is not calculated on consideration, the Buyer must pay the GST Amount within 7 days of receipt of a written demand from the Binder Group.
