Binding Domain definition

Binding Domain means the region of a CAR that binds to the antigen targeted by such CAR (or if such CAR is multivalent, binds to one of the epitopes targeted by such CAR), such region comprised of one or more CDRs, and most commonly consisting of ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ and CDRH3.
