BioNTech IP definition

BioNTech IP means, collectively, BioNTech Know-How, BioNTech Patents, and BioNTech Core Patents.

  • To the knowledge of BioNTech and its Affiliates, no Person is infringing or threatening to infringe or misappropriating or threatening to misappropriate the BioNTech Core Patents (including pending applications and registrations therefor as if such applications or registrations were to issue or become registered), any Neoepitope Prediction Algorithm within the BioNTech IP or the Regulatory Documentation.

  • In the event that such intellectual property would, if it were made by a Party, be BioNTech IP or Genentech IP, then such intellectual property is hereby licensed to the other Party subject to Section 9.1 or 9.2, as applicable.

Related to BioNTech IP

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Licensed IP means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Third Party Technology means any Patents, Information, inventions, or other intellectual property owned or controlled by a Third Party but not Controlled by a Party or its Affiliates.

  • Joint Technology means the Joint Know-How and the Joint Patent Rights.
