Biotech Campus definition
Biotech Campus means and includes industrial businesses and land uses engaged in research and design or development, manufacturing and processing, marketing (and combinations thereof) of bio-technology, bio-medical, bio-pharmaceutical business products or services and like-kind businesses. Biotech campuses usually require medium- sized parcels (35 – 50 or more acres in size).
