Thunderbird Shares means the 200,000 shares of Thunderbird Films Inc. owned by Pictures.

  • There are no outstanding rights of first refusal, preemptive rights or other restrictions on transfer with respect to the redemption of the Thunderbird Shares by CMNW from Thunderbird.
