  • If you are a Black Group that has not previously held Shares you must first submit the Application Form (Black Group), which may include completing the BEE Ownership Document (in the absence of a valid BEE Ownership Certificate), confirming your status as a Black Group, before you can be considered an Eligible Person.

Related to Black Group

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.
