BlackRock Member definition

BlackRock Member and “BlackRock Members” means, initially, BlackRock Mortgage Ventures, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and shall include any Person to whom the BlackRock Member transfers all or a portion of its Company Units in compliance with Article IX of the LLC Agreement.

Examples of BlackRock Member in a sentence

  • Each of BlackRock Member and Highfields Member shall be entitled to receive, after written request to the Company, those portions of the Budget that they wish to receive.

  • Class C Member means a Member holding the Class C Ordinary Share.

  • Common Member means a Member holding Common Units.

  • Tribal Member means an enrolled member of the Tribe.

  • Equity Member means each member of the Respondent team that will contribute equity as part of the financing of the Project.

  • Special Member means, upon such person’s admission to the Company as a member of the Company pursuant to Section 5(c), a person acting as Independent Director, in such person’s capacity as a member of the Company. A Special Member shall only have the rights and duties expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.
