Blanket contract definition

Blanket contract means a contract under which a court reporter, court recorder, or court reporting firm agrees to perform all court reporting or court recording services for a client for two or more cases at a rate of compensation fixed in the contract.
Blanket contract shall have the meaning given in clause 4 of this contract.

Blanket contract means an agreement between the City and a vendor, entered into without formal advertising and bid, whereby the vendor agrees to supply any and all goods or services merchandised by that vendor for a one-year period in quantities to be determined by the City requirements and indicated on purchase requisitions.
