Get Statement definition

Get Statement means the services described in paragraph 1.4 in Schedule 1.]
Get Statement is an analysis of why a Customer Credit Score has changed, by reference to TransUnion’s list of reason codes (“Get Statement Reason Code(s)”) that are capable of affecting a Credit Score. Where a Customer’s Credit Score has changed, the corresponding Get Statement will include [all of the available] Get Statement Reason Codes. If a request is made via API by the Customer (via the Reseller) then TransUnion shall provide the latest Get Statement to the Reseller [up to [X] times a Year]. The Reseller will then display the Get Statement data (or part thereof) to the Customer [online]. The data delivered to the Customer will show a comparison between the Customer’s current Credit Score and previous Credit Score. For the avoidance of doubt, a Get Statement may not be generated on every occasion that a Credit Score changes. Any Credit Scores and Get Statement Reason Codes returned to the Reseller for the purposes of displaying to the Customer as described in this Agreement, to inform the Customer of the reasons for a change in their Credit Score. For the avoidance of doubt, and without limiting the generality of paragraph 2 below, the Reseller shall not use the Credit Score or Get Statement to generate any outbound or marketing activity.
