Blavatnik Group definition

Blavatnik Group means, collectively:

Blavatnik Group means, collectively, (a) Mr. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, his spouse, direct descendants, siblings, parents, children of siblings, or grandchildren, grand nieces and grand nephews, any other members of the immediate Blavatnik family, (b) any trust or any entity directly or indirectly controlled by, or for the benefit of, one or more members of the Blavatnik family described above, or (c) any trust (a “Blavatnik Charitable Trust”) (i) for the benefit of a charity created by any member of the Blavatnik family described above, (ii) to which any such member of the Blavatnik family described above is a substantial donor or grantor, (iii) the estate, executor, administrator or committee of beneficiaries of any member of the Blavatnik Group listed in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition; provided that, in the case of any Blavatnik Charitable Trust, a member of the Blavatnik Group described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition maintains control thereof. For purposes of this definition only, “control” of a Blavatnik Charitable Trust means the possession of the power to direct or cause the direction of management and policies of such Blavatnik Charitable Trust in respect of the issued share capital of NAG Holdings LLC owned by such Blavatnik Charitable Trust.

Related to Blavatnik Group

  • Work group means a crew or number of crews which work from a common point of assembly and perform work of a similar nature in a defined seniority block. Where more than one (1) work group works from a common point of assembly the work groups will be defined by the Employer.

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

  • Xxxxxxx Group means (i) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family, (ii) any Related Person of any such member, and (iii) the Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Jr. Grantor Retained Annuity Trust, the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Family Trust, the Xxxx Xxxxxxx Children’s Trust c/o Argent Trust, and the Xxxx Xxxxxxx Legacy Trust-2010 c/o Argent Trust. For the avoidance of doubt, the Persons named in (iii) above may be Related Persons of members of the Xxxxxxx Family.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Honeywell “we”, “us” or “our” means Honeywell International Inc. or Affiliate(s) who execute or assent to the Order Form. “You” or “your” means collectively the other entities executing or assenting to the Order Form. “Affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, another entity. An entity “controls” another if it owns directly or indirectly a sufficient voting interest to elect a majority of the directors or managing authority or otherwise direct the affairs or management of the entity.

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (MBE means an individual, partnership, corporation or joint venture of any kind that is owned and controlled by U. S. Citizens and residents of Ohio, who are and have held themselves out as members of the following socially and economically disadvantaged groups: Blacks, American Indians, Hispanics and Asians. Only businesses certified by the State of Ohio Equal Opportunity Division in accordance with Section 123.151 of the Ohio Revised Code shall be recognized as being MBE certified within the purpose of this invitation.

  • Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise means a business enterprise, including a sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation that is:

  • ACPE means the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.

  • Service Partners means any successful vendor who is awarded the proposal or who entered into an agreement with CIPC and/or its clients to offer consulting services in areas such as but not limited to, strategic e-business consulting, evaluation, implementation and continuous improvement or system integration.

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • Women Owned Business Enterprise or "WBE" means a firm awarded certification as a women owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a women owned business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.

  • CBS shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Group Companies means, collectively, the Company and each of its Subsidiaries.

  • MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;

  • Ohio Business Gateway means the online computer network system, created under section 125.30 of the Ohio Revised Code, that allows persons to electronically file business reply forms with state agencies and includes any successor electronic filing and payment system.

  • Sternlight means a white light placed as nearly as practicable at the stern showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 135 degrees and so fixed as to show the light 67.5 degrees from right aft on each side of the vessel.
