Blended Hourly Rate definition

Blended Hourly Rate means an hourly rate that, as of the Effective Date, shall be One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) per hour and may be increased following the one (1) year anniversary of the Agreement to Viggle’s average hourly rate for the applicable services (subject to Section 3.3 if applicable).
