Blended Water definition

Blended Water means water provided by the City to the Facility during a Water Emergency only, which may consist of a blend of water from the Upper Basin and surface water. Blended Water shall in no event include water from the Main Basin. Blended Water shall meet or exceed all Federal, state and local drinking water regulations and standards.

Examples of Blended Water in a sentence

  • Such Blended Water shall be provided only during a Water Emergency and only if water from the Water Source is not otherwise available.

  • All testing of the City Water (including Blended Water) after delivery to the Facility shall be the responsibility of MillerCoors.

  • All water supplied by the City under this Agreement, including Blended Water, shall meet or exceed all Federal, state, and local regulations setting or affecting drinking water standards.

  • The City shall, prior to providing such Blended Water, notify MillerCoors that it will be providing such Blended Water instead of City Water, and MillerCoors may elect to accept or reject such Blended Water.
