Blocked Shares definition

Blocked Shares means Shares which are subject to this Schedule;
Blocked Shares means, pursuant to clause 9.3(ii) below, Company Shares that are blocked for disposal, rent, encumbrance or any other form of negotiation during the Lock-up period.
Blocked Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.8 hereof. "Board of Directors of the Company" means the board of supervisory directors of the Company.

Examples of Blocked Shares in a sentence

  • If the Company receives no written notice from the Holder of the number of Blocked Shares applicable to such Holder by the end of the Business Day after the Mandatory Conversion Notice Date, the Company may conclusively conclude that there are no Blocked Shares for such Holder.

  • The Holder shall inform the Company of the number of Blocked Shares applicable to such Holder within one Business Day after the Mandatory Conversion Notice Date.

  • The number of votes assigned to each main shareholder, by way of the corresponding member of the Syndicate Committee, is attributed, for the entire duration of the Agreement, on the basis of one vote for each 1% of the Blocked Shares held by the same party in the 3rd Period (as defined below), rounded down if and when the remainder is lower than 0.50% and rounded up if and when the remainder is equal to or higher than 0.50% of the Blocked Shares.
