Blocker Merger Agreement definition

Blocker Merger Agreement means the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of the Effective Date among WIND, the Company, D. E. Shaw MWPH Acquisition Holdings, L.L.C. and the Blocker LLCs party thereto.
