Board en banc definition
Board en banc means the sitting members of the Board as defined by O.S. 47:759 (A).

The Petition for Review of a decision rendered by the Executive Committee shall be taken cognizance of by the Board en banc.
The Board member, or Board en banc, may require further briefing, oral argument, submission of affidavits or other docu- mentary evidence, or may conduct an evidentiary hearing before rendering a decision.
