Bona Fide Initial Public Offering means an Initial Public Offering in which the Issuer receives at least $100,000,000 of net proceeds.
Bona Fide Initial Public Offering means the offering of common equity securities of the Company for distribution in a widely dispersed public offering, which public offering yields proceeds to the Company, after deduction of offering expenses, fees and commissions, of not less than $15 million.
