Bond and Interest Account definition

Bond and Interest Account means the Bond and Interest Account created in Section 9 of this Ordinance.
Bond and Interest Account means, as applicable and described, any of the Bond and Interest Accounts provided for in this Ordinance.
Bond and Interest Account means the Bond and Interest Account established in Section 12 of this Ordinance.

  • Any deficiency in the balance maintained in the Reserve Account shall be made up from the next available Net Revenues remaining after credits into the Bond and Interest Account.

Related to Bond and Interest Account

  • Bond and Interest Fund means the Bond and Interest Fund of the Issuer for its general obligation bonds.

  • Principal and Interest Account The principal and interest account created by the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.08(a) hereof. The Principal and Interest Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Capitalized Interest Account The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(h) hereof. The Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as an "outside reserve fund" under applicable Treasury regulations and shall not be part of any REMIC. Except as provided in Section 3.05(h) hereof, any investment earnings on the amounts on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as owned by the Depositor and will be taxable to the Depositor.

  • Capitalized Interest Account Initial Deposit means $1,733,333.78 deposited on the Closing Date.

  • Interest Accrual Date means with respect to any Security, the date the Company accepts funds for the purchase of the Security if such funds are received by 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on a Business Day, or if such funds are not so received, on the next Business Day.

  • Payments of Principal and Interest Payments of Principal and Interest. Promptly after each Regular Record Date, the Trustee will deliver to the Company and DTC a written notice specifying by CUSIP number the amount of interest, if any, to be paid on each Global Note on the following Interest Payment Date (other than an Interest Payment Date coinciding with a Maturity Date) and the total of such amounts. DTC will confirm the amount payable on each Global Note on such Interest Payment Date by reference to the daily bond reports published by Standard & Poor's.   • Yield Maintenance Account The separate trust account maintained and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.16, which account shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held in trust for the benefit of the Trust on behalf of the Class A Certificateholders, and which account provides that the Trustee may make, or cause to be made, withdrawals therefrom in accordance with Section 3.16.

  • Interest Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.2(b).

  • Special Payments Account means the Eligible Deposit Account created pursuant to Section 2.2 as a sub-account to the Collection Account.

  • Collateral Interest Amount As of any date of determination, without duplication, the aggregate amount of Interest Proceeds that has been received or that is expected to be received (other than Interest Proceeds expected to be received from Defaulted Obligations, but including Interest Proceeds actually received from Defaulted Obligations), in each case during the Collection Period in which such date of determination occurs (or after such Collection Period but on or prior to the related Payment Date if such Interest Proceeds would be treated as Interest Proceeds with respect to such Collection Period).

  • Note Account As defined in the Indenture.

  • Bond Interest Rate means, with respect to any Tranche of Securitization Bonds, the rate at which interest accrues on the Securitization Bonds of such Tranche, as specified in the Series Supplement.

The assumed weighted average Pass-Through Rate will be calculated assuming the Certificate Index is 1.09% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the April 2004 Distribution Date, 1.34% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the May 2004 Distribution Date and 1.59% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the June 2004 Distribution Date.

  • Class A Interest Accrual Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Interest Accrual Amounts for the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Class Unpaid Interest Amounts As to any Distribution Date and Class of interest bearing Certificates, the amount by which the aggregate Class Interest Shortfalls for such Class on prior Distribution Dates exceeds the amount distributed on such Class on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount.

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.
