Bond Avoidance Action Claims means the Avoidance Claims arising from, relating to, or in connection with the issuance of the Bonds or the transfer of the proceeds of the Bonds which may be asserted against individuals and entities which may have received proceeds of the issuance of the Bonds, including but not limited to Dimitrios “Jim” Papas, Viola Papas, Ted Gatzaros, Maria Gatzaros, the Kewadin Casinos Gaming Authority, LacVieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Indians, Law Offices of Robert P. Young, Barden Development, Inc., and Barden Nevada Gaming, L.L.C.
Bond Avoidance Action Claims means the Avoidance Claims relating to issuance of the Bonds which may be asserted against the Exhibit I Defendants.
