Bond Tender Offer definition

Bond Tender Offer means, the application of the net proceeds of the Rights Offering to repurchase the Existing Senior Notes.
Bond Tender Offer means the offer by Chart Acquisition to purchase for cash any and all of the Senior Secured Notes pursuant to the Offer to Purchase, which was commenced on February 17, 1999.
