Bonds Indenture definition

Bonds Indenture means senior secured notes indenture dated 29 July 2009 between, among others, PE Paper Escrow GmbH and the Bond Trustee.
Bonds Indenture means that certain Indenture of Trust dated as of June 18, 2002 between the Bonds Issuer and the Bonds Trustee, as in effect on the date hereof and as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in a manner permitted by the Agent's Loan Agreement.
